Secure online payment
Visa and MasterCard have developed a system to securely process payments over the Internet. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings institution) verifying the cardholder’s identity before authorizing the online payment.
https://www.baleargrup.com is compliant with this security protocol. Once you have selected your products and entered your purchase details, a window will open connecting to your bank, where you will be asked to verify your identity.
Your card details and password are protected by this security system (via an SSL protocol with https connection) from the moment they are entered and are never shared with our company.
Once identification is completed, the bank notifies https://www.baleargrup.com that the purchase is being made by the cardholder, allowing the process to be finalized. If the identification is unsuccessful, the bank informs https://www.baleargrup.com and the transaction is cancelled without any charge to your card.
What is 3-D Secure?
3-D Secure is a security service designed to protect you against unauthorized use of your MasterCard or VISA card. It is a simple system—there is no need to obtain a new card, download software, or pay any additional fees. 'MasterCard SecureCode' or 'Verified by Visa' add an extra authentication step to protect your account from unauthorized online use. Payment via PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal. To be redirected to PayPal at the end of your order, simply select PayPal as your payment method.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can confirm the payment by entering your login details on the PayPal page. If you are new to PayPal, you can either check out as a guest or create an account to complete your payment.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. PayPal payments are usually completed within minutes.
If you pay via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation. Please note that in some cases, processing errors may occur on PayPal’s website.
If you wish to return items, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. You can then choose whether to use the balance directly on PayPal or transfer it to your bank account via your PayPal account settings.
Bank transfer payment
If you choose this payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details once your order has been completed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Service team.
After completing your order, we will reserve your items for 10 days. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be shipped immediately. Please note that, depending on your bank, the transfer may take between 2 and 4 business days to process. Transfer fees are determined by your bank.
Important: to ensure we can process your payment quickly, it is essential that you include the ORDER NUMBER provided in your confirmation email as the payment reference. Please do not use the invoice number.
When paying by bank transfer, you will also benefit from a 10-day return period without needing to provide a reason. Once the return has been verified, we will refund the amount to the same account used to make the transfer.
