- Can I book a table on the terrace?
- The terrace operates without reservations: all bookings are assigned to the indoor dining room. If, upon arrival, you would prefer to sit outside, let our team know and we will add you to the terrace waiting list so we can seat you as soon as a table becomes available
- Can I come without a reservation?
- Yes, we welcome walk-in guests. Even so, during high season and on weekends there may be a waiting time, so we recommend booking whenever possible.
- If I come without a reservation, will I have to wait long?
- It depends on the day and time slot. Our front-of-house team will let you know the approximate waiting time and, if you prefer, you can leave your name and come back when your table is ready.
- Can I cancel a reservation?
- Yes. You can cancel your booking through our website www.pizzeriaroma.es, by phone at +34 971 38 47 18, or via The Fork if you booked through that platform. We would appreciate it if you do so in advance so we can offer that table to other guests.
- What happens if I arrive late for my reservation?
- If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. We will hold your table for a reasonable amount of time and do our best to keep your reservation, although on very busy days we may need to reorganize table turns.
- Is there a maximum time limit for using the table?
- During high season or peak hours, there may be a limited table time. We will always explain this clearly when you make your reservation or when you are seated.
- Are terrace tables only for lunch or dinner?
- The terrace is mainly intended for guests coming for lunch or dinner. If you are coming to collect a takeaway order, we will be happy to assist you and show you the best area to wait.
- If I have an indoor reservation, can I switch to the terrace?
- You can request the change when you arrive and, if we have availability on the terrace, we will be happy to move you. On high-demand days, this may not be possible.
- Is the restaurant accessible?
- Our restaurant is located in Ciutadella’s historic centre, in a building with its own architectural features. If you need specific information about access, space, or assistance getting in, we recommend calling us: our team will be happy to help and accommodate you as much as possible.
- Do you only serve pizza, or do you also have other dishes?
- In addition to our artisan pizzas, you will find pasta, salads, meat dishes, daily specials, and homemade desserts. We are a pizzeria & restaurant, so every table can share and choose whatever they like.
- Is the pizza dough thin or thick?
- We make our own signature dough, thin and crispy, unfermented and baked in our century-old wood-fired oven, a hallmark of Roma. It is part of our “Crunchy Flavor”.
- Are the pizzas artisan-made, or do you use pre-made bases?
- All our pizzas are handmade with our own dough. We take care with every detail, from kneading to baking.
- Do you use local or km0 products from Menorca?
- Yes. We are committed to Menorcan and km0 produce whenever possible: local cured meats, Menorcan cheeses, locally grown vegetables, and seafood. The menu may vary depending on the season and availability.
- Do you offer a daily menu or specials for lunch and/or dinner?
- Depending on the season, we offer different set menus and specials to complement our main menu. You can check them on the website or ask us when making your reservation.
- Do you offer set menus for groups or celebrations?
- Yes, we offer different group menu options that can be adapted to your budget and preferences. Tell us what kind of celebration you have in mind and we will help you design it.
- Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
- We offer several vegetarian pizzas, pasta dishes, and plates, but we do not currently have specifically vegan dishes, so if you follow this type of diet, we recommend taking this into account before booking. If you have any specific preferences, please let our front-of-house team know.
- Do you have gluten-free options?
- We offer some options that can be prepared gluten-free or with a lower gluten content. Even so, our kitchen is not a certified trace-free space, so guests with coeliac disease should keep this in mind and always check with us before ordering.
- I have an allergy or intolerance. Can you adapt the dishes?
- In many cases, we can adapt dishes or suggest alternatives if you have an allergy or intolerance (lactose, nuts, seafood…). Always inform our front-of-house team when you arrive and before ordering, so the kitchen can take the greatest possible precautions.
- Can you prepare dishes without spice or make them spicier?
- Yes, whenever possible we can adjust the spice level in sauces, oils, and seasonings. Just let us know when placing your order.

- Some customizations (extra ingredients, special changes, etc.) may carry a surcharge.

- We accept cash and most common debit and credit cards. If you have any questions about a specific payment method, ask us when you arrive or at the time of booking.

- Of course. Roma is a family restaurant, and we love welcoming little ones and grown-ups alike. We do our best to make everyone feel at home.
- Do you have a children’s menu or half portions for kids?
- We can adapt dishes and portions for younger guests, and recommend options that suit them best.
- Do you have high chairs and space for strollers?
- Yes, we have some high chairs and always try to find the most comfortable space possible for families with strollers. If you need this, please mention it when booking so we can take it into account.
- How many people can I book on the same table?
- We handle small and medium-sized groups every day. From a certain number of people onward, we can offer set menus and specific conditions. Write to us or call us and we will advise you according to your group size.
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes. We welcome pets both on the terrace and indoors, as long as they are under control and do not disturb other guests.
- Can I organize a private event?
- Yes, we can help you organize birthdays, family celebrations, or other special occasions. We design the format (menu, spaces, schedules) with you so the experience is as personalized as possible.
