All the dishes on the Café Balear menu are prepared using fish and seafood caught daily by their own boat, the Rosa Santa Primera.

- The price is calculated based on the gross weight of the piece. Our team will show you the selected fish and inform you of its exact weight before cooking.

- Yes. We will show you the available fresh pieces so you can choose your preferred one.
- Do you use local or km0 products from Menorca?
- Yes. We prioritize products from Menorca and km0 whenever possible: local cured meats, Menorcan cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and seafood. The menu may vary depending on season and availability.
- Do you offer gluten-free options?
- Yes. Cafè Balear is accredited by the Associació de Celíacs de Catalunya, ensuring clearly identified gluten-free options and strict kitchen and service protocols to minimize cross-contamination risks.
