  2. It began in the 1970s as a seaside tavern in Ciutadella’s port. In the 1980s came generational transition and professionalisation. Roma opened in 1992, and Pins46 joined in 2014, consolidating the group.

  2. Rosa Santa Primera is the group’s own fishing vessel, supplying fish and seafood directly to the restaurants, reinforcing a true “sea-to-plate” approach and full traceability.
