Discover charcoal grilling in its plant-based version with our Vegetal Grill Menu at Pins46: an experience where fire enhances flavour, texture and seasonality, without unnecessary embellishment.
We begin with dishes placed at the centre: tomato, onion and caper salad, chargrilled patatas bravas and calçots or leeks cooked in the Josper (depending on season). Freshness, smoke and that natural sweetness of perfectly cooked vegetables.
For the main course, choose between burrata salad with Josper-roasted vegetables or a vegan burger, two distinct ways to enjoy a plant-based proposal full of character.
We finish with homemade desserts of the day and a simple wine selection to complement the experience, including wine, water and coffee. (Includes one bottle of wine per 3 people.)
