Experience the port of Ciutadella at its most authentic with our Lobster Caldereta Menu: a journey that begins at sea —with ingredients from our own fishing boat— and ends at the table with timeless cooking.
We start with a sequence of starters, free from distractions: prawns from our boat, island mussels steamed with allioli, grilled cuttlefish and bread with tomato. Sea, grill, and perfect timing.
Then comes the defining moment: Menorcan lobster caldereta or lobster rice stew (to be chosen in advance), two ways of understanding the same tradition.
We finish with our homemade desserts of the day and a carefully selected pairing, with wine, water and coffee included.
